Rhinoplasty
Background
This is a 36 year-old female who described her nose having a bony hump with a boxy tip. She had no problems breathing through her nose and had no history of nasal trauma. She wanted an overall less prominent profile. Dr. Flint performed open rhinoplasty and her post-operative photographs were taken 4 months after her procedure.
