Background
This is a 34 year-old who desired an implant exchange. She had saline implants placed in 1999 and desired improvement in the rippling and wide set placement. She is 5'4 and weighs 140 pounds. She underwent an implant exchange. She had silicone 425 cc implants placed. Her post-operative photos were taken six months following her surgery.
