This is a 70 year-old patient that came to Dr. Flint disliking the grooves in her marionette line region, around her mouth, in her nasolabial folds and the loss of her cheek volume. She had a mini-facelift 12 years prior with another plastic surgeon. Dr. Flint recommended and performed a secondary facelift, 3 syringes of Voluma to the mid-face, and 1 syringe of Juvederm Ultra to the perioral lines.
