This is a 59-year-old who desired facial rejuvenation. She reported her lids were sagging and that she has a deep tear trough. She also disliked the jowling and sagging in her neck. She underwent a facelift, upper blepharoplasty, 36 units of Botox to the glabella and crows feet as well as 1 syringe of Juvederm Ultra Plus to the upper lip and oral commissures.
