This is a 34 year-old female who desired fuller breasts.  Before breastfeeding 5 children she was a full “C” cup and had a natural upper pole fullness.  She worked out with a trainer for a full year and lost 15 lbs and has continued to live a healthy life style.  She felt that her breast seemed very deflated and wanted to have a natural proportionate look.  Silicone moderate profile 310 cc implants were selected.  Her post-operative photos were taken three months following surgery.
