This is a 39 year-old female who desired a mommy makeover.  She states that she was an overweight teen and had been working on maintaining her weight loss.  She had recently lost 25 pounds and reported that her breast were becoming saggy.  She was a “C” cup and wanted to maintain the same size requesting a small implant with a breast lift.  She also disliked the excess skin in her lower abdomen since her weight loss and wanted to tighten and improve her overall shape.  She underwent a tummy tuck, breast augmentation with a lift and liposuction of the flanks.  Smooth round profile 170 cc silicone implants were selected.  Her post-operative photos were taken 8 months following her surgery.
