This is a 47 year-old female that had undergone two previous surgical attempts in one year by another provider to improve the shape of her breasts with a breast augmentation and a lift. She was unhappy with her implant malposition and bottoming-out, which resulted in complete lack of upper pole fullness. She underwent bilateral breast implant exchange and pocket re-positioning with Strattice as well as a secondary mastopexy. She is shown here with improved and stable shape six months following her surgery.
