This is a 62 year-old who disliked her heavy upper eyelids and marionette lines. She had recently lost 25 pounds and felt most of it came from her face. She underwent a facelift, upper blepharoplasty and three syringes of Juvederm ultra plus to her nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Her post-operative photos were taken one year following her surgery.
