This is a 38 year-old who had three previous breast surgeries in another practice and was not happy with her results. She had saline implants and reported her right implant was too high and was dropped at a revisionary procedure. Following this procedure, the right implant drifted to far medially and because she remained unhappy with that result she had a second revision. She also felt her implants were too large and desired smaller silicone implants. She underwent an implant exchange and placement of Strattice into the right breast pocket. Moderate plus profile silicone implants were selected, a 275 cc implant was placed on her right side and 250 cc on the left. Her post-operative photos were 10 months following her surgery.
