This 54 year-old had a 20 year old ruptured left saline implant and desired to have her implants replaced with silicone implants, better symmetry and slightly less volume.  She is 5’5 and weighs 145 pounds.  She underwent an implant exchange with a breast lift that improved not only her symmetry but perkiness.  Smooth, round, silicone implants with a moderate profile were chosen to accomplish this.  The right side is a 295 cc implant and the left is a 240 cc implant. The photos were taken 6 months post-procedure.
