This is a 57 year-old female who reported after losing twenty pounds her face was sagging significantly. She disliked the bags under her eyes and her drooping jaw and neckline. She said her face did not match with how youthful she felt. Dr. Flint performed a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with a facelift. Dr. Flint also injected Botox to her forehead, glabella, crow’s feet, DAO's and two syringes of Juvéderm Ultra Plus to the lines around he mouth and nose.
