This is a 64 year-old male who came in to see Dr. Flint for evaluation for facial aging. He had an upper facelift in South Africa two years ago, followed by a mid-line neck-lift one year ago. He reports the scar looks like it was done with a box cutter underneath his neck. He had filler in his lower eyelids or fat injections, he is not sure which, and complained of a visible and palpable lump on the left that he wanted improvement in. He also pointed to malar bags and disliked those as well. Dr. Flint performed a facelift, and the post operative photographs were taken 10 months post-surgery.
