Background
This patient had her original saline implants placed in 1975 by another surgeon. After a deflation she switched to silicone implants. Since then she has had recurrent capsular contracture. Dr. Flint used a product called Strattice to improve her blood supply and decrease her risk of recurrent contractures. Silicone implants sized 325 cc and 375 cc were placed.
