This a 34 year-old who desired a very conservative breast augmentation, as she didn't want her friends to know. She was wearing a B cup with padding and wanted to be a C cup. She is 5'6 and weighs 136 pounds. She underwent breast augmentation, moderate plus profile implants were selected. She is 325 cc on the left and 300 cc on the right side. Her post operative photos were taken four months following her surgery.
