This is a 45 year-old who was an A-plus to a B-minus and desired to be a full B without padding. She breastfed and disliked the loss of upper pole fullness, but specifically stated she did not want to be too large. She reported that her right breast was slightly larger than her left breast. A 265 cc smooth silicone gel implant was used on the right and a 286 cc smooth silicone gel implant was used on the left. Her post-operative photos were taken four months following her surgery.
