This is a 63 year-old who desired an improvement in her breast asymmetry as well as a breast lift. She stated her right breast had always been larger than the left, and was wearing a C cup. She is 5'8 inches and weighs 135 pounds. She underwent breast augmentation with a breast lift. Moderate classic profile silicone implants were selected. She is 300 cc on the left side and 235 cc on the right. Her post operative photos were taken six months following her surgery.
