This is a 39 year-old female who complained of saggy breasts that were much larger than desired.    Her breasts were double D-Cup and she desired a C-Cup.  She has had 4 children to include a set of twins and in addition has recently lost 50 pounds.   She works out a great deal, runs and she finds her breasts to be cumbersome.  She also complained of extra skin on her abdomen from the pregnancies and C-Section deliveries and desired a tighter tummy.   She underwent a mommy makeover and had post-operative photos taken  4 months after her procedure.
