This is a 36-year old who was a 34 A-cup, but felt her left breast had always been larger than her right breast. She has 3 children and did breastfeed.  She has no plans for pregnancy in the future.  She wanted a breast augmentation to give her more upper pole fullness and a lift to even out both breasts.  She tried on implant sizes and liked the 350cc full profile silicone implants.   Her post-operative photos were taken 4 months following surgery.
