This is a 28 year-old female, who desired larger breasts.   She is very active and has a healthy life style.  With regular work-out regimes, she had noticed muscle gain along with lost body fat including her breast volume.  She was wearing a 34-B and was also not happy with the looseness of her breast skin over time.  She requested to increase her volume to a “D” cup.  Silicone High Profile 450cc implants were selected.
