BACKGROUND
This is a 42 year-old who complained of lax inner thighs that had been present since she was a teenager. She had lost 60 pounds and reported her thighs were still thick as well as her lower abdomen. She is 5’4 and 168 pounds. She had a medial thigh lift, liposuction of her medial thighs, and a tummy tuck. Her post-operative photos were taken four months following her surgery.
