BACKGROUND
This is a 42 year-old that desired improvement in her breasts and her excess skin in her abdomen following childbearing. She has a very mild tuberous breast deformity and breastfed 3 children. She felt she was very active and did not want to be made too large, but she had a C cup in mind as her goal size. She underwent a breast augmentation with a breast lift, tummy tuck, and liposuction of her flanks. A moderate plus 400 cc implant was used on the right side and 375 cc implant was used on the left side. Her post-operative photos were taken 18 weeks following her surgery.
