BACKGROUND
This is a 74 year-old patient that desired an abdominoplasty and suction of her flanks and outer thighs. She reported that these had always been chronic problem areas in spite of her maintaining a stable weight. She had a tummy tuck and liposuction to her flanks and outer thighs. Her post-operative photos were taken 1 year following her surgery.
