BACKGROUND
This is a 56 year-old who desired a mommy makeover following four pregnancies. She is 5’4 and 170 pounds. She underwent breast augmentation, posterior belt lipectomy, abdominoplasty, and lipsosuction of her outer thighs, and flank area in two different surgical stages. Moderate profile 300 cc silicone implants were selected. Her breast augmentation post-operative photos were taken one month following her surgery, and her abdominoplasty post-operative photos were taken one year following surgery.
