BACKGROUND
This is a 47 year-old who had undergone laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery 4 years ago. She had lost 90 pounds and successfully kept it off. She disliked what she called her pear shape and excess skin on her abdomen, thighs, and buttock region. Dr. Flint performed a circumferential lower body lift along with liposuction of her outer thighs. Her post-operative photos were taken one year following her procedure.
