This is a 34 year-old who had a saline breast augmentation with 425 cc implants with another surgeon back in 2000. She reported that her inframammary folds were purposely lowered, and that the left implant didn't drop and she had a revision approximately one year following her original surgery. Over time her implants continued to descend and move laterally. Dr. Flint recommended Strattice due to the size of her implants and the significance of the malposition. She had an implant exchange with bilateral placement of Strattice. Her post-operative photos were taken five months following her surgery.
