This is a 52 year-old who desired an implant exchange. She had saline implants placed on top of the muscle through her belly button in 2000 by another physician. She felt they were too large in addition to being very firm. She underwent an implant exchange with a breast lift. She had moderate classic 300 cc silicone implants placed. Her post-operative photos were taken one year following her surgery.
