This is a 54 year-old female who desired improvement in her trunk contours. She lost 20 pounds, but said her abdomen and flank area still bothered her, as well as her inner thighs. She had a C-section many years ago that resulted in a depressed scar with a skin flap that hung over it. Dr. Flint recommended and performed an abdominoplasty with liposuction to her flanks, back and inner thighs. The post-operative photographs were taken 4 months post procedure.
