Breast Augmentation with Lift
Background
This is a 20 year-old who complained of severe breast asymmetry. She had a D cup on one side and a B cup on the other. She did not desire to be any larger than the larger of her two breasts. She just desired them to be more symmetric. Silicone implants were selected. She had a style 20 425cc implant placed on the left side and a style 10 240cc implant placed on the right side. Her post-operative photos were taken six months following her surgery.
