About the Staff

Joni has been a part of Dr. Flint's practice since 2002. She has over twenty-five years of experience in patient care and has been working in the plastic surgery field for twelve years. As a patient care coordinator in Dr. Flint's practice, she ushers patients through decision making prior to surgery, scheduling surgeries, and their recovery phase. Joni's kind and empathetic manner is a great benefit to Dr. Flint's patients. She welcomes patient's questions, and her years of experience have provided her with a wealth of knowledge regarding plastic surgery issues. She was raised in Iowa, and her mid-west kindness definitely comes through.

Janet was a welcome addition to Dr. Flint's practice in 2005. She is an excellent multi-tasker. In addition to managing the front office, she welcomes patients into the practice and assists them in scheduling their consultations at one of the practices two offices. She also handles insurance billing and assists patients with health insurance related issues. With over fourteen years experience in the health care field she has a wealth of experience that is a great benefit to Dr. Flint's patients.

Kara has been working in health care for eleven years. She joined Dr. Flint's practice in 2007 after relocating from her home in Oklahoma. She is a high energy, friendly liaison for patient's who are making decisions regarding surgeries. Her experience with both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery has allowed her to develop a wide breadth of knowledge. She thoroughly enjoys working directly with patients and it shows.
