Meet the Staff

Joan

Scottsdale Staff Member JoanJoan has a wealth of experience in the aesthetic and pharmaceutical industry. She is also a licensed aesthetician and laser technician and has managed her own medi-spa. Originally from Maine, Joan is happy to be returning to the climate in Arizona after enjoying her grandchildren in Indianapolis for several years. As the practice manager, she oversees all operations in Dr. Flint's practice and insures patients have a great experience from their first visit through their recovery.

Janet

Scottsdale Staff Member JanetJanet was a welcome addition to Dr. Flint's practice in 2005. She is an excellent multi-tasker. In addition to managing the front office, she welcomes patients into the practice and assists them in scheduling their consultations at one of the practices two offices. She also handles insurance billing and assists patients with health insurance related issues. With over fourteen years experience in the health care field she has a wealth of experience that is a great benefit to Dr. Flint's patients.

Kara

Scottsdale Staff Member KaraKara has been working in health care for eleven years. She joined Dr. Flint's practice in 2007 after relocating from her home in Oklahoma. She is a high energy, friendly liaison for patient's who are making decisions regarding surgeries. Her experience with both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery has allowed her to develop a wide breadth of knowledge. She thoroughly enjoys working directly with patients and it shows.

Ashley

Scottsdale Staff Member AshleyAshley is new to the health care field. Her degree is in advertising and she is Dr. Flint's director of marketing. She has overseen the development of Dr. Flint's new website that will debut in 2010. She is directly involved in the design of Dr. Flint' print ads and has been instrumental in developing a new venue for Dr. Flint to discuss plastic surgery, television. She relocated to sunny Arizona after growing up in South Dakota. She has found her involvement in the plastic surgery field to be educational and rewarding, and thoroughly enjoys helping to educate the public about plastic surgery and Dr. Flint's practice.
