Background
This is a 56 year-old who disliked his saggy neck and heavy upper and lower eyelids. He underwent a facelift, quad-blepharoplasty, canthopexy, 20 units of Botox to the glabella, as well as Juvederm injections to the nasolabial folds and marionette lines.
