This is a 57 year-old who desired facial rejuvenation. She disliked the lax skin in her neck and hooded upper eyelids and baggy lower eyelids. She underwent a facelift, upper and lower eyelid lift, as well as 20 units of Botox to the glabella and 2 syringes of Juvederm to the perioral region. Her post-operative photos were taken three months following her surgery.
