This is a 27 year-old who desired improvement in her breast appearance. She had saline implants placed in 2005 and complained that they were dramatically out of place. She also was not happy with their droopy appearance. She was previously advised that augmentation alone would correct her droopiness. Not surprisingly she did not obtain a lift from her augmentation. She subsequently underwent an implant exchange with a breast lift, and Strattice placement. Strattice was used specifically to correct her severe implant mal-position. Her post-operative photos were eight months following her surgery.
