This is a 57 year-old who disliked her painful, firm breasts. She wanted to be downsized modestly, but not so dramatically that she needed to change her entire wardrobe. She was wearing a double D and also felt her breasts were too wide. She is 5'6 and weighs 135 pounds. She underwent an implant exchange with 300 cc silicone implants, breast lift, and Strattice placement. Strattice was used in her case to prevent recurrence of her severe breast firmness due to capsular contracture. Her post-operative photos were taken one year following her surgery at which point her breasts remained very soft.
