Breast Augmentation with Lift
Background
This is a 46 year-old who disliked her saggy breasts, and stated that they had also gotten larger with age. She went from a 34 C to a 34 double D without significant weight gain. She underwent a breast augmentation with a breast lift. Moderate profile silicone 265 cc implants were selected. Her post-operative photos were taken four months following her surgery.
